Lugg - Moving & Delivery

Hello, I have used Lugg multiple times and had pleasant and efficient experiences. Today was unfortunately neither and resulted in an antique coffee table being damaged. Damage that exceeds the cost of the Lugg I was charged. To add insult to injury, I was charged for the time the Luggers were reporting the damage they caused to corporate. I have been trying to chat with a representative and am dealing with a bot. This is very frustrating - there should be a human on call during moves for these kinds of issues. I would like to be refunded for my Lugg and the damage to my item covered. Please contact me asap.

Ordered a van that was supposed to be big enough for a whole one bedroom apartment. My apartment was not cluttered just basic bed set couch and end table TVs etc. My stuff did not fit in the Van so I had to use my truck as well the loaders were rude to my friend that was there trying to help me supervise also my furniture was damaged. Payed over $800 and they did not cover the damage they did to my furniture.

Very disappointed with my experience with this app. I requested delivery of a media cabinet to my 2nd floor. The ‘helpers’ picked up the cabinet from the furniture store, but left it in my living room because it was too heavy for them to move upstairs. Ended up having to pay another service to move it.

The movers were fast and efficient, and kind. Grateful they were able to help me today!

I had lots of items I wanted to donate to charity, but none of the charities would come pick up at my house. Someone suggested Lugg and boy am I glad I listened. I was able to book the same day and the luggers were professional, friendly and quick. I highly recommend this company. They were a dream come true for me!

Luggers couldn’t even lift my fountain machine. All the other luggers were able to but these ones said they’re not able to even though they call themselves a moving company

You’re not in Orlando which means one less money route for us as well as you!

I was very nervous about using Lugg for a FB marketplace furniture purchase in terms of how much the cost would be, in case the movers didn’t show (which has happened in other utask based apps). but I am super impressed!! Movers arrived on time and had all the relevant supplies! I got answers very quickly from Lugg about how labor is calculated and what movers would have and cancellation questions. The process was very smooth and I am happy Lugg exists and I plan to use again!

My small glass dresser wasn’t broken on top before the move. The amount paid for my small dresser was $599 from El Dorado. I need to be reimbursed for my purchase immediately
