Such a game changer for people who travel and don’t know what to do with their bags/ suitcases!! I highly recomand. The price is good and the service is trustable. Will definitly use it again.

They were running late just by 15 min and we we had to adjust our plans in a very very minor way that did not make any difference to our travel plans without asking they refunded us some money which went above and beyond An amazing company will definitely use them again !! Dayle

Such a helpful service for travellers and the price is fair. Needed to contact customer support twice and both times they responded quickly. The app’s map can use some improvements but overall it is awesome.

We used LUGGit to hold some of our bags in Porto while we spend a night in the Douro Valley. They were very easy to communicate with and helped us reschedule delivery when our train back was delayed. So convenient - I would definitely recommend this instead of a luggage locker!!

We used this service to hold our bags during our last day in Barcelona. Good communication with our holder to meet easily at the airport for getting our bags back.

We used this service in Barcelona when we had 2 large bags that needed to be stored while we took a quick side trip. We dropped off our luggage with our handler and the time was pre-arranged for return. Our Handler Mateu kept us informed with pick up and return and our luggage was returned on time just as we left it. We were so happy to find this service!

Luggit is an incredible service. We had a perfect experience from start to finish, with our bags picked up from our location shortly after we requested them, and dropped off 10 minutes early at their destination. Such a great idea! Staff was so friendly and efficient. The app, however, lacks some important functionality, including being able to message the service in-app and make modifications to pickup location. Currently, the service ends up communicating with the customer by phone (voice) if necessary, which just isn’t practical for the normal user of this service who is travelling from abroad.

I used LUGGit while in Lisbon this past week. Its a great idea - having your luggage picked up for you at the airport and then delivered to your accommodation later in the day. No headache or fuss. Super friendly delivery guys and always right on time as promised. I wish this service was available in all cities!

I was admittedly super nervous to use this service, I’m from the US and had a one day stay over in Lisbon before my flight out. We arrived early in the morning and the check in to our airbnb wasn’t until 3pm! We didn’t want to lug our luggage around all day so… My airbnb host recommended this app and I looked on line and tik tok etc (using my resources) to see if this thing was legit! I felt confident after the videos and decided I’d give it a try, then I saw only a few hundred reviews and felt scared again 😅 but it was too late I had to do it! We didn’t have any place to go in Lisbon in the morning so we went to a cafe, we set our pick up location as this random cafe in the middle of the Alfama area (not easy to navigate with a van) and sure enough 5 minutes before my allotted time my LUGGit driver showed up, was extremely extremely nice and helpful!!! Dropping off is easy to trust… I love having the real time location feature, that was comforting I could check where the vehicle with my bass was every few hours… We arrived to our airbnb at 330 after some luggage free wandering and shopping! we had set our drop off time for 4pm, and again a few minutes before 4, the app notified me my driver was on the way and I followed him in the app with the real time location until he was close and easy as that, got my luggage, hassle free, damage free, for a good fee, and happily! Our second “ luggage keeper” was equally as friendly and helpful 😁 TLDR: I’m a normal average person from the US, traveling to Europe for the first time! I had fears of using the service and instead it went smooth and easy, will use again!
