Can’t get past the registration screen with photo and name. Keeps saying I’ve missed information. Time to try another app 🤷🏻‍♂️

We had a fantastic experience with LUGGit! They came right to the place we were staying and arrived with 5 minutes of our pickup time, which was awesome! He met us at the airport and pulled right up to where we were outside and was 5 minutes early! This is the best travel hack and we’ll be using it again wherever it is available! Bruno was awesome and super friendly too!!

This service was the reason we were able to enjoy our last day of vacation with ease. The pickup of suitcases were exactly on time & handled with care. I was able to communicate with the driver via the app the whole time to confirm precise pickup at the airport. And our suitcases were delivered with care & had secured zip ties on the zippers to prevent opening while being transported by The LUGGit driver. I highly recommend this service to anyone that doesn’t want to be bothered with carrying suitcases. 5 ⭐️ service!!!

Very novel service, was skeptical a little with so few ratings but worked out in Porto! Will use again! Strongly recommend you get a text message feature, as my wife and I didn’t speak Portuguese it was a little hard to communicate specific details. Though our keeper spoke simple English it worked out. Our keeper was easy to spot with orange vests, was on time and professional. The keeper didn’t have a what’s app account as the LUGGit app recommended.

We love Portugal, but often times our flights arrive very early and don’t match the check in times for hotels and Airbnb. This was perfect for me, my keeper was phenomenal and responsive. I wish they had this service in Ponta Delgada and Funchal. The app would benefit a lot from many folks coming from North American cities like Boston, New York, and Toronto.

I had never used a service like this, so was a bit nervous…BUT it was GREAT! Our daughter studied abroad for a semester. We used LUGGit to store her bags while we traveled for a week. The drivers were prompt, professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend and would use again. Dana Garland

I want to be able to recommend this service, but they lost our bag to a thief In Barcelona. While the founder did call to personally apologize, and they did share a police report, I cannot say I was adequately made whole for the loss of my luggage containing my ski gear. Honestly their one job is to be a trustworthy steward of your things. If they lost my bag, they could lose yours too. I recommend you look elsewhere for luggage storage.

Found LUGGit whilst doing some research for Lisbon since our Airbnb couldn’t accommodate early check-in. While I was a little worried at first despite seeing all the great reviews, all of my worries were swept away when we got our first call. Our Keeper, Pires, was a-m-a-z-i-n-g to say the least. He waited for us for around 10-15 minutes after our original scheduled time since we were getting out of the airport. He was easy to find and gave us clear instructions on where to meet. Customer service was also quick to respond on WhatsApp when we let them know we would be a bit late. Pires tagged our bags on the zipper part (so it’s obvious it wouldn’t be touched/opened) and put them in his van. He even helped give us directions on where to go to wait for an Uber, which was really helpful. Pires brought our luggage back to us at the scheduled time. We were really glad that we used this service since it would’ve been very inconvenient lugging around 5 luggages the entire day especially in Lisbon where the streets are so sloped and uneven. I don’t think we would’ve lasted if we had to do that. If you’re looking for a trustworthy service to hold your luggage for some time, I highly recommend LUGGit!
