They don't respond to emails. Orders placed , acknowledged but then no further info re shipping . Strongly advise to avoid purchasing from this company

This company doesn’t ship product. There are people in March waiting for orders from December. Customer service is horrible. You’ll never get a reply to your emails and will have to dispute charges with your Credit Company. Don’t give this company your money.

Had to delete twice, as I thought the conversion issue would be fixed with the update. This app lists American prices only, but you wouldn’t know it unless you compared prices to the web platform. Please update your app to enable switching to Canadian pricing; until then, there is no point in having this app if you hail from Canada.

Seamless shopping experience & so easy to navigate!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, needing the items within a week. I requested to pay extra to get them. No response for 3 days. When they finally deigned to contact me i was already gone. Items had not shipped, so i requested to cancel. This week the emailed they had shipped. I have been emailing them to ask for return label. Absolutely no response. Beware of ordering from Lug.
