Terrible experience using the webpage to shop, it was intended to be terrible to make people try other ways to shop, … it worked as I did download the application and the application works, but I will delete it and refuse to shop.

Can no longer access app it says it’s not available in my country UAE ??

There are never any slot for same day delivery.

App is very slow and keeps on lagging. Spent hours scrolling for items because app is too slow. Please improve also your categories sections. They are mix with everything.

Very bad service in Qatar. Payment by card is mandatory. After you pay, delivery takes 5-6 hours. You are told that most of the products are not available. After payment is made, I do not recommend it at all. No one will return the amount to you, and no one pays attention to the customer.

I had to get an app and buy a gift card for myself because your app won’t let me make a purchase.

Not sure why

We just want an app that doesn’t crash every time you use it!

The app is very slow, glitches a lot, and show you items that are out of stock, only to find out they’re out of stock when you’re about to pay! Also, doesn’t have Apple Pay which is a huge inconvenience. Won’t use it again to be honest
