They do not know how to organize their inventory. Also, their delivery team is lazy and not helpful. After placing order, they keep on calling you (sometime 5-6 times) that specific items ordered are not available. Ideally, this should be managed in one call. On delivery, the driver was not willing to come to our flat because as per him “there are too many items to bring”. He was not willing to put a little effort and use elevator to come to first floor.

يطلبون الدفع من البطاقه ويسحبون المبلغ وتالي ماجابو الاغراض ومارجعو المبلغ اللي نخصم ويقولون رجعنا وهم مارجعو الحين صار لي شهر معاهم اطالب بالمبلغ لازم شكاوى وحاله مانصح فيه ابد اللي يطلب الله يعوضه

Hard to search (results don’t match searched items) . Can’t find a way to browse section. Bad. Shopping cart had several item, when I went to checkout, it said cart empty. Ordered one item instead, went to Carrefour app for the rest.

Add Yanbu to your delivery

The app is useful but the last update in Feb 2024 took 15mins! Please fix this!

It is very bad to try and order on line in khyran although i need it It make me angry because its arabic turned not readable and English in the appis a mess 🙏🏼please fix it because i need it and the adress issue 😡😡😡😡

After the last update, the app keeps crashing

They took my money, i haven’t heard back and I didn’t receive my order! Customer service never respond when i call!
