As a grad student at Harvard, I needed help looking professional on a budget. Alice was fantastic at suggesting mix-and-match pieces from affordable retailers that still look high-end. Her knowledge of New England prep style with a modern twist is impressive!

Annette was great to work with and loved her outfit selection. Had to change a couple things and it was not a problem. With 10 inches of snow outside, it was great therapy!!

This company is a scam. They charge your account with NO SERVICES OR WARNINGS. Their app stops working and they do not allow you to cancel. They say you can cancel on the app or website, but you cannot. DO NOT GET THIS APP OR TAKE THE STYLE QUIZ.

I struggle to put an outfit together with all the accessories so this service was helpful! Will order the outfit and see how it works when it arrives

1. Stylist was 40 minutes late for our appointment. 2. This app/the stylist did not reflect my age or interests shared with stylist. This may be helpful if you are 60 and above, but the outfits felt very much like something a stylish grandmother would wear, not a 40 year old needing a refresh.

I am very pleased with my initial session. I’m all new to this and didn’t have much of an idea what to expect, but the recommendations made were spot on. So nice to have someone put it together. We could critique the choices and based on my sizing input, the outfit recommended is fantastic. I am very happy with the recommendations and Annette.

The service and clothing options are great and my stylist was able to curate an awesome first outfit for me with changes to things I wasn’t crazy about. Excited to keep using Lumi

This app and company promise live people and monthly clothing subscription. They only provide bots and links to clothing to purchase at full price. There is no personalized advice as it’s all bot premeditated content. Do not fall for their scam!
