When you pay for your effects… they change the way the app is paid for (to subscription) and the effects you have already paid for are no longer valid. When you enquire - there is no support or response. So the effects may be fun… but are not as advertised in regards to price or support.

Hi Lumyer admin, I purchased your entire app a few months ago as I loved the idea of it. Unfortunately, recently I had to purchase a new phone & now when I use your app it is asking me to pay for everything again. Can this be corrected or can you refund my payment? Thank you

I used to love this app being a graphic designer, easy to use but I’ve had to every time , keep repurchasing filter effects on app and ones bought vanished wipes not happy be careful once you download you can only use if you pay every time I’ve followed every step advised to even restore my purchases and haven’t gotten the 30 effects I had before just the 6 selected ones I’d never use the app gives you for free it’s very expensive to have simple effects that are free on other apps no need to pay expensive prices I’d use Adobe and others for graphic effect app is not as it seems customer support can’t restore every purchase or effects you’ve had before also... very disappointed!!!
3 trial unable to cancel
Clicked on 3 day trial but when I came to cancel before the subscription was unable to find anywhere to request cancellation and refund. No contact details. I have had to lodge a complaint with my bank. Still getting nowhere and app doesn’t work anyway
