Portrait option is supposedly offered, but then just says it’s out of order when you try to use it. Tried to use the square option, but can’t even high res enough for it even to be with it. Complete waste of money.

Probably would have been cheaper to sign up for pro version at the start. Really enjoy using this app
I used to love Lumyer...
Update... I did contact customer support as requested in their response below but none of the codes they sent unlocked my app... I see others had the same issue but was told it was my device!! An ordinary iPhone 6s... ??? Customer support gave up and the issue remains unsolved. All the previous effects I had bought are gone etc After 2 years trying to get it to work I have to look for an alternative. I have sadly had to amend my review below as my paid app failed again and customer support are unable to do anything. Basically every time they updated the app I had to apply for a new code but these haven’t worked for over a year so I have a useless app that cost me a lot of time and stress. Currently cannot recommend. I love Lumyer... I had a wee issue with the paid feature which removes the watermark and the Lumyer team were onto it really quickly and worked with me until the issue was solved. Fantastic customer support experience! Thanks Lumyer!
