Luno: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto

I never write reviews but this app is so frustrating you made me go out of my way to make sure other people don’t go through the same trouble as me. First of all the fees are insane. It claims to be 6 percent on buys and 2 to 3 percent on sells but after buying and selling I got charged fees of over 20 percent. I was at a loss when I should be in profit. Then I was like whatever let me just withdraw my money and go to my other apps. Guess what it’s a headache to withdraw money too. To withdraw money u gotta deposit which doesn’t make sense especially since I’ve already deposited before. The exception is this time the deposit takes 2 to 3 business days????? What deposit takes 3 business days. I want to take my fking money out and I got to wait 3 days cus y’all r sketchy as. You guys are a new platform and I suggest to fix up otherwise you are not getting any customer. The fees are absurd, there’s about 10 coins to chose from (wanted to buy bnb like the 6th biggest coin in all of crypto and they didn’t even have it) and now I can’t even withdraw my money. Stay away from this app don’t get fooled by the 35 dollar bitcoin reward you’ll end up paying more in fees

I go to buy crypto it says approximately $4 brokerage (doesn’t tell you exactly how much it will charge) then when I buy it takes $16 off. 218 goes to 202 in a second.

Low liquidity. Poor features. High minimum sell.

This app is awesome. Very easy to navigate and also very addictive. An excellent way to enter the crypto world.

This app makes it impossible to transfer your BTC to another exchange like Binance for example. The text message verification code doesn’t work 😬 despite restarting the app a dozen times. Not happy. Customer service forwarded me the same FAQ from their website on how to ‘apparently’ transfer from Luno to another exchange. The app is easy to use until you want to get your money out. Not worth the trouble. Go with Binance directly for more saving options and flexibility.

Given a signup code but it’s well hidden as you don’t get asked during the signup process so that it easily overlooked and customer service then deny the promo as deposit already done. Need a better process that doesn’t rip referrals off.

The promotion code only works for users in UK while their sent their ad to Australia. That’s a joke

Hey, guys truly love the app and it makes investing so much easier! But I’d love really to see an update on the crypto made available to trade/purchase! MATIC, SOL & etc are some of the best options to see in Luno! Other than that, it’s 5 stars from me!
