Takes so much time for verification, only to find out that there is only one service to deposit and withdraw SGD into wallet, which has its own even lengthier process. Not so seamless, had to give up in the middle.
Very easy to use. Few things to make it even better: 1. Integrate other Alt coins on the exchange. 2. The price of BTC is always higher than some other exchanges, has to be more competitive. 3. The graphs have to be more fluid. Excellent app to use otherwise, with ease of payments & quick confirmations.
Every time I try to buy it says I have two accounts but I don’t and I reset my password email everything and it says the same thing but I haven’t made a second account
Got to be one of the easiest crypto apps out there. Absolute pleasure to trade with Luno. Keep up the good work guys!
Great investment platform
Do not invest your money in luno they lock your account without any prior notice!!! It is very risky investing with luno if they have the power to just lock you out of your account and thereby your money!!! My account was locked 2 months ago because I mistakenly reported them as fraude with my bank and I have tried everything since to get my account unlocked I have done everything that Luno has requested from me including getting a affidavit from the police!! But still my account remains locked with all my money in it Luno just keeps stating that they are waiting for the bank to reply but my bank has closed the case a long time ago and can do nothing further! This has been going on for more than 2 months! How can a bank take more than 2 months to reply!!!! That is ridicules!!! Luno support is going around in circles with every support email I send I get a reply that they are waiting for the bank for 2 months now!!!! I have sent numerous follow up emails asking for updates and the only update I get is “we are waiting for the bank to respond” This is ridicules! So basically if the bank never responds my account and my money will remain locked forever!!!! The support team is not helping in any way the last reply I got from them stated and I quote “We are currently engaging directly with our payment partner, Stitch, to explore alternative solutions.” Then a week later I again sent a follow up email asking for a update and then the reply I got was again and I quote “Our specialized team is in constant contact with our service provider, but they are still waiting for feedback from the bank.” And this has been going on week after week with every reply it has been the same thing waiting for the bank! This is unacceptable, this is not even a complicated fraud or criminal case it was just a simple misunderstanding which I promptly rectified including getting a sworn affidavit explaining the mistake!!!! What is taking them so long to unlock my account??? This is very dangerous if they can lock your account just like that and then not give you access to your account again! I wil not recommend anyone to invest your money with Luno it is just way to risky. In the meantime my account with all my money in it is still locked and there is NOTHING I can do about it!

I created a Luno account a few years back and stopped using it for a while. I was not able to access that account again due to a number change. Now trying to get my details again I cannot access my number nor my 2FA details. I created a new account to start fresh and when trying to access my “wallet” it says I have 2 accounts and I have to access my other account. I have been in a complete cycle for some time now with no luck of using either accounts. I have also tried contacting the help service with no luck either. If it is not resolved I will no longer be using Luno again and not recommending to anyone until then.
Thanks for educating us on cryptocurrencies and making it so simple to be able to invest in our currency,not to forget the App is user friendly and and very informative,the introduction to new cryptocurrencies is always safe and there way the team explain them is effortless,thank you for the opportunity that you’ve present to us.
