Terrible app
This is such a bad app, lagging behind the likes of Ryanair or EasyJet by miles. It is so cumbersome to book a flight through it: It doesn’t remember credit card details and my autofill doesn’t work with the app. It doesn’t remember fellow travellers. The whole UX is clunky and not designed for mobile. Even if you are logged in, it doesn’t remember your flight, so you need to have your booking reference handy. Why would someone release this as an official app?

This is the worst airline app ever. I hated every second of using it. Terrible terrible terrrible.
Basic app. Wish it would remember my details!
Does the job, just about, but not as comprehensive or easy to use as other airline apps.
Boarding pass not working
Please fix the app. 1. When i am adding the boarding pass to the wallet it is not working 2. The sms ypu send for boarding pass is. Ot working. Is anyone doing UAT for this app?
Doesn’t remember user credentials
Forever need to reset password and then even when in does not remember passport id and frequent flyer details properly.
Crashes when saving boarding pass to Wallet
Which renders it pretty useless as a mobile flight app.
