Pull into get a car wash and the start button never comes on. Attendant says he can’t do anything. Had to pay cash for the wash since there were cars behind me. They take your money but throw up their hands in despair when their app doesn’t work. Now I’m out $70. Save your money, go elsewhere!

I have 7 remaining washes on my app and can’t access the car wash. Had to purchase a wash in store and use the code. No good

Uploaded my pre paid card in app and worked fine. Purchased new prepaid 10 wash card once washes were complete and you can not load rhe new card into the app to see how many washes left. Have to create a new account every time and will not load More than one pre-paid card... It says to do it under the profile tab, however, there is no place to do this. I now have ro go into the store ro check how many washes aew left.

App works fine as long as you dont set it up with Facebook. Theres still a little bit of effort to contact app support. But once you get ahold of them they fix everything for you.

The app should really show whether a particular wash is open or closed. Once you’re at the wash, If it happens to be open, the app works fine. I’ve wasted a fair bit of time driving over to get a wash only to find it’s not available.

Have never been able to use the washes that I paid for in the app. Emailed Macewen customer support and was ignored.

Riverside South Ottawa has very weak Bluetooth signal.

The application is not stable and closes as soon as you are answering yes or no when the question to attach a card is asking

Waited in line for 40 minutes and then the app does not work? Already used four out of 10 washes. P.O.S app. I would attach a picture but that proves useless as well. Keep the money, maybe you can pay a coder that can make it work for everyone else.

My car washes are back as is the ability to buy more (was missing after iOS 13 upgrade). Thank you This app does a very specific thing and does it well.
