Excellent variety in clothing, shoes, cosmetic and home furnishings. Macy’s has been a pleasure to shop with for many years.

Absolutely terrible. Macy’s is using DoorDash to deliver. Macy’s stated that the order has shipped but they have no information on where the shipment is. Order was placed October 10 today is October 27. Order was originally stated to arrive October 16. They are not refunding me because they claim the order has shipped. They cannot tell me where the item was shipped from or where is the latest location of my shipment. Worst experience ordering online. Never order from Macy’s.

Just like the website, it lags just not as bad

Took me twenty min to get my order to go thru.. system doesn’t like accented letters such as í which is part my address, had to use an alternative mail address

The sesrch function dirs NOT work😡 I can select women’s and get MENS! You send me a mailer for free shipping at $25 but it is NOT accepted! Alfani is a gresy Macys brand but selfdom found in many months. Your only brick and motur is 70 miles away and looks like a Kmart after Christmas. Very poor selection and no longer can you get to search other stores and ship for free! Painful
