I got injury and request to cancel subscription and refund because need to stop immediately. Admin and refund team team said I’m not follow the rules and can not refund. This is the bad idea that you are not listen to customer so no more with you.😡
Make the payment process complicated. I was charged twice. I sent the refund request immediately and it said “solved” without more explanation. It made me think i would get refund. Later I sent the email to get the refund. Took me almost a week to reply me not to refund. The app team check in the system saw me that i made 2 subscriptions almost at the same time (of course, by the accident who will do that to waste the money?) and sent refund request immediately. They still said “No” ??? Avoid at all cost
They really made it complicated and out of lengths to make sure you can’t cancel your sub easily and even when you do. It doesn’t work. I’ve emailed and I’m still subbed. Shame
nice try, don’t try again… And when customers asked for refunds do it ffs stop stalling

The customer service is terrible. I forgot to cancel my tariff plan and did it on the first day the payment was charged, after which I immediately wrote to support asking for a refund, since the application does not support the Russian language. They told me that they would contact me within five business days, but three weeks have passed and nothing has happened. New requests are closed automatically. If you're scamming people out of $50, then I sympathize with you.
I thought I would get a specific, more personalized program than this. However, I'll use this app until it expire from my subscription
