Game reset not enough compensation!
Two events were already like this, one with the azure hospital then this fairytale event, we really enjoyed those events but there are always bugs and the game always crash, they gave compensation and you gave 50? Is this a joke? wow! Aside from energy, we spent diamonds , hammers , wands and etc and since the game resets , we are back to zero but the event is nearing to end too so not enough time to win the jackpot prize even though in the first place , I nearly got it.
Your Ads are Weird
Nothing against the game - I think it is great. Your ads though are very different from the gameplay, and are strange and disturbing to some extent. I love the game, but if am someone who hasn’t seen or played it before, seeing the ads might actually discourage me from downloading.

energy they give are way too low and will force you to pay for the energy if you really want to finish their given task or event

The energy given for this game is too low and they will give out events or tasks that are impossible to finish unless you would spend hefty amount of money on it. Hoping that they would kind of lower some energy requirement for some menial tasks like picking up or removing a grass , but all in all you might just be wasting your time.

I loved this game, until I got a new phone and lost all my progress. Nothing saved and unable to restore any purchases.
Those of us playing for a long time….
Great game but you need to update the funhouse. I have now 2100 crystals and I have bought everything, also please add room to the house so we can fit it all properly. Signed a big fan of your game
