I loved this game, until I got a new phone and lost all my progress. Nothing saved and unable to restore any purchases.

Great game but you need to update the funhouse. I have now 2100 crystals and I have bought everything, also please add room to the house so we can fit it all properly. Signed a big fan of your game

I love the app but the morning I can’t get in the game because it can’t even get an update

It’s fun; however, it is not loading at the moment. Hopefully just a glitch! I have to harvest my lavender! :)

I actually really love this game, I like the maps, I like decorating and I like that they do special event maps. HOWEVER, this game is nearly impossible to do well unless you spend a lot of money. You are highly capped on “energy” in the game. The special event are normally only up for 48 hours and unless you spend upward of 20 dollars you won’t make any good progress. The special events need to be up for longer time, maybe 24 more hours OR the events need a less energy to progress. It honest frustrating more than anything. I understand the need to make a profit but with a max of 74 energy you really can’t go far when the obstacles on the map of cost 15-45 energy point to remove and there are three of them to unlock a very small area.

I’ve enjoyed playing this for awhile and I have noticed this platform keeps using the same model throughout, we need to keep it fresh and no continue using the same adventures over and over again. We need to come with new ones. That is the reason I have now given it a 2 star. It’s entertaining but the adventures are the same.

Did update now it will not load!!?? And once again it’s not loading!!! I’m so about to uninstall and not play anymore this issue is constant and annoying

Everyone has the same complaints yet the developers or this game are doing nothing to fix it. They keep sending automated messages that don’t do anything for players . This game requires too much energy and the ways that you can get more are not enough. The events are ridiculous as well. You use double sometimes triple the amount of energy in events just to still barely move anywhere. My next issue is the card collection side quest. I have 8 more cards to collect but every time I open card packs it’s always old ones . In the last 2 weeks I have not gotten a new one yet . It’s just hundreds of old ones. That’s not fair especially when you have x amount of days to collect all of them. I wish this game was better. Really considering deleting this game. It requires way too much for the little bit we get back in return. We get so many coins that we can barely use why can’t we use those coins to buy gems or buy entry instead of having to use real money to buy it. You can use gens to buy coins which is crazy. Let us use the in game coins to buy gems and energy

This game is so much fun and has so much potential but even when you log in the x amount of time for your energy to refill, you never have enough energy to finish events. Litterally a game about money. If you don’t spend 20+ dollars every single event, you can’t finish so you can’t level up. Gems don’t come enough and energy doesn’t either. It takes SO much to level up to still only have 100 energy every 6 hours. Insane.
