I’ve used magicplan for years but I’m not impressed with the new update. It’s not as user friendly as before. Maybe that’s just because I was so used to the previous versions but there’s things that are no longer as easy to access and there are still things that are not working as they should.
The update these guys did with the lidar scanning is mind blowing. It produces accurate 3d models with furniture. Unreal technology. Well worth the sub.
I was asked to create a account. After that, I lost one of my previous file as the account only allow 2 files in total. I had three files, the default one from app, the other two is made by my own. But after I create an account, the system automatically kept the default one and one of my files. The other one is deleted from system. It doesn’t ask me to choose or export them but just delete it.
This is a great app that will help you to design/ remodel your house.
I have used magic plan for many years now for different projects. I was happy to pay per plan as I don’t use it every month I didn’t really mind how much each plan cost. I thought magic plan was a brilliant tool and have recommended it to many people. I won’t be using magic plan anymore as you have made it subscription only which is a shame as I can’t justify that. Magicplan is a gift. Have been using it for three years it’s brilliant, simple and a ready shorthand for communication of floor plans. Note to the Developer .... Pls Pls include a human figure in objects. A human figure would just be the icing on the cake. ****** 6 star app
Can’t see a use case where someone would want a totally inaccurate floorplan. If I’m measuring my house for flooring for instance I want mm accuracy or there’s no point.
Really easy to use. I literally designed my bathroom in the builders providers on the spot
It is amazing but no 3D if you want to keep it free also do I have to pay a fee
Great app would be nice if could do a full exterior render of the house.
