Not worth my time

I downloaded the app, but deleted it as soon as I had to make an account. Just let users use the app without making an account. Trust me, I don’t need an account, I just wanted to use it once.

The app itself is really good but restrictive until you buy it, which is fair for a «free trial» sort of deal. The «trial» is feature based and not time based so you don’t have to pay if you don’t want to. However, this app gets a 5* purely because of how customer service was. I got quick and friendly replies, and when he couldn’t find a solution to my problem we eventually ended the chat. I later got an e-mail from this employee that he had been looking up alternative solutions and gave me a few options from there. Absolute sweetheart!! An app can be developed to be better if it’s not, but great customer service is a gift.

Helt klart den beste gratisløsningen. Man må bare sørge for å lage plantegningen på den enheten man vil bruke mest. Det koster penger om man ønsker å lage mer enn 2 plan, eller å se / fortsette arbeidet på en annen enhet. Blir minst like bra som hva «proffene» lager, og koster vesentlig mindre om man ønsker de mer avanserte funksjonene.

The app itself lets you create two sketches for free before you have to subscribe, which in my opinion is more than enough as you can essentially create an entire house with several floors + basement in one sketch. The technique is a bit finnicky in terms if you have objects selected you can't zoom but this is honestly a habit thing and you get used to it quickly. You can add and adjust your own furniture, which makes the possibilities endless, and that's even considering a fairly extensive catalog of objects on the free version already. I had to contact customer support once due to a question with rendering (How to make chairs appear below tables), which sadly wasn't possible I was told. However, I did find a great alternative solution to this and my sketch still turned out perfect. But, what really made me smile and love this customer support was this: The next day I was contacted by the very same employee with the solution that I could adjust the height of the table to make this fit. It wasn't optimal but would work for the sketch I had. (I had explained the plan to him beforehand so that he could assist me) This made me smile so much! I've never encountered such a great follow up and it honestly made my day. Thank you so much Benjamin, you're awesome :)
