With the charging app of MAINGAU Autostrom, you can travel throughout Europe in your electric car. Find charging points, activate charging processes, charge reliably – electric mobility is very easy with MAINGAU Autostrom!
Find charging points
The intuitive charging station map with filter and search functions makes it easy to find available public charging stations. Whether normal charging or fast charging, you can easily find the charging point that suits your needs on the interactive charging station map and navigate to the charging station with your favourite navigation app.
Activate the charging process
Once the right charging station has been found, the charging points can be conveniently activated in the app. Plug in the vehicle, activate the charging point and start charging.

Impossible to reset password

Hello since v4 it’s impossible to reser password . Never catch special caracter.

Remote start can be more reliable.

The beginning of a charge session start is — more often than not — not registered inside the app. This means that even if you start charging, then can’t open the EVSE panel to remove the cable and stop the charge! You are stuck at the station. Such problems make the overall experience not positive at all. edit: added 2 stars for customer support — the easiest solution is to purchase (alas) a physical charging card through the Maingau online shop.

Ladestrom Preise

Grenzt an Wucher

Angemeldet…Preiserhöhung…Abgemeldet

Hatte mich für MAINGAU als Ladekarte entschieden und vor einigen Tagen angemeldet. Nun folgte direkt die Preiserhöhung auf unverschämte 0,79€ DC. Damit denn Account dann gleich wieder gelöscht und die App deinstalliert.

Erneute Preiserhöhung

Abermals Preiserhöhung. Maingau ist nun uninteressant.

Absolute Frechheit

Ab 10.07.24 werden wieder die Preise angepasst. Aber man sollte nicht denken das Maingau den Trend des Strompreises mit macht, nein Maingau erhöht und zwar kräftig um fast 10%. Und weil das nicht schon reicht, wird schon nach 3 Stunden an den AC Ladestationen eine Blockiergebühr erhoben, nicht wie sonst und auch bei anderen üblich, nach 4 Stunden.
