Fancy new design, but still not practical. Why, why, why?! Existing bookings must be manually imported, booking reference cannot be copied, check-in requires manual entry of all data, despite you have an account, finally, app seems unable to add to wallet (needs re-checkin). Oh dear!

I can’t seem to book my flights using the app since the buttons for lite, basic, flex do not appear for me to select. It’s just frustrating. Can you update the app in order for all of us to be able to use the app more effectively

The app shows a glaring defect in that the hyperlink select button is often missing on both the outbound and inbound options on booking for both economy and business Have complained to customer service. All they do is direct to book for you on the phone and / or ask you to use the website on the computer WTH is there a bug or not a bug ? Let us know and show us how to fix it SC

The seat for this flight was changed without approval even though I had paid for seat under seat selection. Why? Disappointing. Can I get a refund? Pls explain.

Why when i bought MH ticket via third party, im no longer can update my enrich number in my manage booking? The column for Loyaly Program Number will be in grey.

This issue has been going for few months now. We not able to add enrich number for any booking. Had to contact MAS to do it everytime. Please fix this bug.

Masairlines is getting like airasia low budget airline where group bookings all seats are spreaded and all sitting individually not once on my last 5 trips bookings and Mas cannot deny it
