The authorization is so stupid and annoying
I logged in successfully and was making the flight ticket. Everything is find until the step of payment, the system reported that issue was found and when I clicked to refresh, it logged me out. But the thing is that, the seat I was making the ticket was grey out. It’s not due to sold out, as I make the ticket for damn far future, and noone make ticket for any seat on that flight yet. I don’t know why the system stuck and make the seat unavailable. This is so stupid!

I can’t seem to book my flights using the app since the buttons for lite, basic, flex do not appear for me to select. It’s just frustrating. Can you update the app in order for all of us to be able to use the app more effectively

The app shows a glaring defect in that the hyperlink select button is often missing on both the outbound and inbound options on booking for both economy and business
Have complained to customer service. All they do is direct to book for you on the phone and / or ask you to use the website on the computer

Why when i bought MH ticket via third party, im no longer can update my enrich number in my manage booking? The column for Loyaly Program Number will be in grey.
Cannot add enrich number
This issue has been going for few months now. We not able to add enrich number for any booking. Had to contact MAS to do it everytime. Please fix this bug.
