Couldn’t login to “Citizen” option
The app itself is fire!! It’s just that I couldn’t log in to my “Citizen”. While I’m trying to go through it, the phone keeps on hangin for like 10-15sec and had to wait for the loading and ultimately it gives tremendous overheat to the phone and then “error” pops up. I’ve been emailing Man City Support to look into this matter and all they come up with the solution was to delete and reinstall it again, but the problem still persists. Ps: I’m using iPhone 13 and it’s almost implausible to experience overheating while the app is on loading.
