App throws exception index out of bounds while trying to book appointments. Never succeeded in booking appointments

One of the worst app. Manipal is one of those hospitals that claims to be the best, and with our experience it’s one of the costliest. But even after squeezing money from people they couldn’t develop a proper app. Most of the time it doesn’t respond, whether booking online or app it’s a torture.

Nothing is working now. Old app use to work properly when launched

Whenever the app got updated (iOS) I had to uninstall and reinstall the app . Else only blank screen was appearing.

App is not working

App not at all working if I try to log in it saying error try after some time and if I skip log in and try to enter app it says check your internet connection .. whom to raise compliant and kindly resolve the App issue

This app is crashing when you try to login and also skip login not working

The Manipal Hospitals app is disappointing. It fails to load properly most of the time, often just showing a blank screen. Even when it does work, the appointment booking feature is extremely buggy and frustrating to use. For an app that’s supposed to make healthcare more accessible, this is far from user-friendly. It needs a major update to fix these issues.

After entering phone number and clicking on Get OTP, I am getting “Looks like something went wrong”. It’s been a few days. It is a P0 issue. How can you neglect this?

App stopped working after the upgrade. A black screen during the app launch and getting stuck in that screen forever. Now I have to call customer care for all my booking. No use of the app.
