I honestly don’t understand the point of this application. The prescription reports nothing will display here. It’s an useless app

It’s working don’t book appointment from this app, need to call so many times and they will verify but nothing will happen waste of time and money, apart from that they are charging 250₹ to waste our time and effort.

Manipal app is of limited use. Most of the consultation, payment history, diagnostic results are not available. Most of the time it is very slow and even appointment can not be booked successfully.

Most of the time user interface is blocked User unable to tap any button or any thing Ow a days these kind of error really unexpected. Very very bad ios developer developed this app. At least app should be responsive. Please update it. On book appointment page Login These two case I faced issue

It’s taking several minutes to open and later sorry message Basic functionality is not working

No editing possible No reports can be accessed Even for payment health card discounts cannot be availed To summarise utterly useless app

Too slow app, keeps buffering and no result, booking through app is a huge task that I prefer to travel 1 hour in Bangalore’s traffic to get an appointment.

Login page looks nice. Can’t comment about anything else cause I’ve rarely gotten past the login screen

Please fix the app. Unable to book appointments. Its says unable to process the request. Then we get a cancellation and then a confirmation. Very poor app support.

Why does it keep taking so long to open a relevant choice. Just keeps buffering . Never expected such a modern hodpital to have such an ancient system.
