Confusing how to read the meter, you would of thought they have it sorted by now, should have an option where you take a picture and reads it automatically

Cannot enter meter reading date of on app.

The amount of notifications is annoying. Emails can’t be deleted in groups, only individually.

Was a great app when the facial rec worked!

Typically I don’t do reviews but this being an app bills are issued on, I figured it would be worth it. This app has ok stretches of being usable but typically it is down when you need it.

Very often says unavailable when I try to log in. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!

For some reason, I get a ‘Access Denied’ when I try to login to my account online and also on the app. Kinda frustrating.

Manitoba Hydro is as frustrating as ever. The app or website is down more often than not, and trying to get a hold of someone on the phone is near impossible. With the MB Hydro buildings being indefinitely closed you would think their online services and phone services would be amped up for better customer service. In addition, many times I have made my monthly payments on time however will receive multiple notifications that I am overdue with my payment. I dread my monthly balance alert because you never know what problems will come with it.
