Points usually load and sync correctly with garmin, strava, etc. Then there are days when nothing seems to sync for up to 2-3 days (eventually corrects itself) but the time I’ve wasted trying to fix it (only to have it fix itself in 2-3 days) really outweighs any benefit or rewards from the app.

The App does not sync well with my Applewatch. It usually skip 3-4 days here and there in one month and not giving me any points for exercising. It’s happening more and more often and it’s very frustrating! I kept refreshing the App several times a day and always use the latest version but it did not really help! I’m a quite active person be still must “overwork” to meet the minimum requirements because I know the additional points I earn may not be given to me! It made me very upset every last week of the month because I overworked several days but don’t see the points to meet the monthly goal! Please fix this!!

I can spend 3 hours in gym doing yoga, swimming and other classes like barre and got 0 points. It looks like Vitality only reward walking (steps) and cardio work. Also, I hike in the morning and walk 8700 steps and receive 10 points. At the end of the day, i have walked a total of 12000 points cumulatively through various activities, but Vitality would not top up the points for me.

The app is ok but it doesn’t always work. Sometimes my points are not loaded for a specific day as it skips days. There does not appear to be a way to force load a specific date.

Spinning wheel lands on 100 points, even if you spin multiple times. The wheel is programmed obviously.

This app is not inclusive. It makes users solve a math problem before receiving their “reward” if you get it wrong the “reward” is revoked. This is not inclusive for those with learning difficulties. And has nothing to do with health promotion. The spin function is highly addictive and can be dangerous. More often than not you receive points rather than actual gift cards.

I have received more from Vitality than I have paid for the policy
