Poorly optimized
The game is poorly optimized to the extent that even the latest 16 pro iPhone will overheat after playing for less than 30 minutes and experience frame drops. The developers of this game must prioritize optimization seriously, not as an afterthought.
E204 error after 2024Aug update
I have got E204 error since the recent update. I have tried to reinstall the game, restart my phone, switch on and off Wifi but nothing works! So frustrated and customer service doesn't help at all!

I updated my IOS TODAY and when I open the game it forced to open in vertical mode… no idea how I can play the game like that. You need to fix it asap… I lost a dungeon while trying to do that, it would be nice of dev team to give me back my rewards if you value me as a user.

The December remaster update was exciting but the outcome was very disappointed . Tons of bugs appeared after the update but nexon don’t bother to fix , jobs that are not related to the explorer remaster suffer different sort of bugs and Nexon’s customer service always showing the heck-care attitude by replying template message
Why isn’t there a Korean support?
Very strange that I need to grab the same game from the Korean App Store to play the game in Korean. KARTRIDER doesn’t have such issue so why does this game have region exclusive language?

When I try to make a character I get a “lie detector test” that is impossible to pass as a human.
