I can’t create a character, took me about 20 mins to install the game fully just to not be able to play, I create my character and choose my name and nothing happens. Unplayable.

Can’t try the new character
I can’t create a new character anymore thanks to the burning event. I set up the character like normal and passed the test but when I try to confirm the character creation it won’t let me when I press the button which tells me about the burning event that I can have for it. Now I have to wait until the burning character event is over to try it. So annoying

I was about to start playing this game but then after selecting character ,the beautiful mushroom test it will suddenly ask me aabout burning character I chose yes yet nothing happens so in the end I cant even have a character or this burning character
Doesn’t work
This game doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried both iPad and iPhone but can’t get past the character creation on either. It’s really sad because I used to love playing the desktop version when I was younger.
Can’t create character (any)
Just short and simple, I cannot create any character, at the point where I enter the name, I press confirm, it pops a small window telling something about that I only can create 1 burning character or at least something like that, so either way if I press Ok or Cancel nothing happens forward. (It was first time I downloaded a game and tried to create my very first character).
Character Screen
Anyone find the fix yet to name creation? These copy and paste responses from the dev are very braindead. This issue has been happening for months according to these recent reviews and it looks like the game is preventing new players to join. Wonder what the finance team would say about losing new customers…
