Marathon: Watch & Discuss

I really like this app but its very slow, too. At times there are delays up to 10 seconds when executing. I was looking for a letterboxd for tv shows and was hoping for this to be it. But it needs a lot of work to perform at a higher level. Hell I‘d even pay for a premium version.

Die App wäre wirklich einsame Spitze, wenn es eine Synchronisation mit Trakt gäbe. Trakt.tv hat sich ja sowas wie den Standard für sowas entwickelt. So sind die Daten aber in der App eingesperrt. Aktuell muss ich auch meine Serien von einer anderen App umziehen, die schon lange nicht mehr weiterentwickelt wird und nicht mehr mit Trakt synchronisiert. Daher muss ich jetzt alles einzeln nochmal in Apps eingeben. Wenn das mit dieser App auch mal der Fall sein sollte, müsste ich das nochmals machen. Fazit: die App ist super, aber der Sync fehlt mir.

Useful, user-friendly and straightforward! There is of course more space for improvement I can tell that with feature updates it will get better and better, however I would love to see more, I have yet to explore what other features lay around, my only request so far is that I’d love for the search page to give more suggestions not only “Trending” it feels so limited and users have to search manually.

I’ve long wanted a tv equivalent of Letterboxd and I think tvtime never quite lived up to it. This app is new and has some issues but I think it has the potential to be exactly that.

You can tell the people who made this care about making an app that does something in the tracking space for tv shows. The check marking works well, the watch list updates intuitively, and there are frequent updates. Gotta remember this a young app that still has a lot of room to grow.

I just downloaded Marathon for the first time and love the format of it! My only concern is that it has been very slow when trying to click anything. Has this been happening to other people or is it just me? I want to keep using it, it’s just been a little frustrating.

Love this app! I enjoy trying to categorize my shows and seeing what I’ve watched before. Definitely helps me keep track of everything. The only thing that would make this app even better would be if there was an option to add your movie/show in your lists on the same page as the info page and where you click you’ve watched/completed it. Would make the whole listing process so much smoother. Overall, awesome app

Great app

Please improve the content discovery features, I can barely remember what I watched today, let alone a week ago. Otherwise the app is the best there is like this.
