Marktplaats - koop en verkoop

I've had a very frustrating experience with Marktplaats. They have blocked FOUR of my accounts for no apparent reason, and there is absolutely no way to get proper help. Their customer support is non-existent; all you get is a useless chatbot that does nothing to actually solve your issues. There's no way to contact a real person, and the whole platform feels like a trap where you're left stranded with no support. Extremely disappointed!

I send a package on 22 November and today is 14 December, the package didn’t arrived to the client and didn’t return to me,and markplaats didn’t do anything…

Nice application but difficult for a non Dutch person! You should consider adding English in the menu!

You should seriously consider adding English as a language option in the app. There are a lot of non Dutch speakers that use the app and have a hard time navigating through the filters.

Please consider to translate in english the main functions and maybe the content through some third party app ( google translate ) - good for expats !
