Guys, I bought a subscription and cannot cook because there is no English translation. Is your product only for Flanders?? Then please mention this in the description. Food looks nice, but I’m not sure if I will order more..

De recepten laden traag of niet. Sluiten van de recepten helpt sinds kort ook niet meer. Random werkt het dan is wel van de eerste keer maar meestal niet. (iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16.0.2)

My order didn’t get delivered. I call them no one pick ups the phone. I write them no one answers. This is since 1 week. They charged me and they didn’t deliver. Edit: I managed to rich them on the phone. They said they will credit my account for the next package. Edit 2: I waited home for 5 hours and package didn’t come again. I got a message saying that it will come in 15 min. In 30 min, in the app it says the order is not delivered!!! Now its 10 in the evening and I have no food at home.

Bedankt, iedereen die er dagelijks voor zorgt dat wij ‘s avonds als we thuiskomen van een lange werkdag niet meer hoeven nadenken wat we gaan kokkerellen en ook nog boodschappen hiervoor zouden moeten doen! Het is dan ook niet zomaar een doordeweeks menu maar iedere keer opnieuw even lekker als dat we uiteten zouden gaan! De smaken zijn zo uitgebalanceerd met de juiste kruiden en het vlees is steeds van een boerderij wat maakt dat het een wereld van verschil is tegen het vlees uit de supermarkt! Echt heerlijk allemaal!!!

Het grote voordeel: - je hoeft niet meer na te denken wat je die dag gaat klaar maken - je moet geen boodschappen doen , alles is in huis - je kookt s op andere manier en met andere ingredienten dan je gewoon bent - alles wordt opgebruikt, geen restjes - alles perfect uitgelegd, koken lukt ook voor leken. Handige fiches voor later Enkele minpunten : - zelfde ingrediënten komen vaak terug vb courgette , paprika en komkommer - kleine porties vis/ kip / vlees - ecologisch voetafdruk - te weinig keuze in mijn smaak - soms ontbreekt iets in de box of klopt de kooktijd niet - zelden is ingredient niet meer vers, knapperig ( champignons, wortel, paprika ) Ik bestel nu wekelijks 3 maaltijden sinds begin 2021 maar zal in de zomer wel af en toe week schrikkelen. The new app layout looks great but they removed some of the key success features in the process making this a step backwards. In the past you could browse all recipes you received and indicate your favourites. Especially useful since they have not added paper recipes for over a year. Now you can see the recipes for the past boxes and thats it. You can no longer search on anything either. So the only thing you can do is to manually save the PDF’s you can find via the box prep email. So cumbersome. Next to that you can no longer in an easy way plan ahead and see which boxes are planned. You now have to go one by one through the boxes and tap multiple times to achieve the same. I understand making it harder to skip a box makes sense financially but really goes against user oriented design... I can only hope this is an MVP and the missing features reappear soon.

Sure, the app shows the recipes, but when using on iPad, it only has one orientation (the one not compatible with every iPad stand on the market) and it lacks basic features such as split screen and multitasking. This needs changing, especially with digital recipes being the only way to cook these days.
