Just pay attention as there is way more bad reviews but the rating is High, this company is a full scam they don't deal with any claims or whatsoever they will just cancel your policy to avoid any costs on their side

I’m with Marshmallow for the last 4 years. It’s an amazing insurance provider. They count your driving experience even if had it from outside the UK, which is a unique feature.

This is the worst insurance for car in the uk… please do not take this insurance as they do not have any line to get in touch with them for any policy related concerns…..

I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of Marshmallow Insurance. While they may offer competitive rates compared to the market, their handling of my policy has been deeply troubling and, in my view, fraudulent. As my renewal date approached, the company inexplicably opened a claim on my account without any prior communication or evidence to support their actions. Despite my repeated attempts to engage with their team, I was met only with standard template responses, offering no meaningful explanation or resolution. The claim in question alleges an incident on 2nd December 2023, which was reported on 6th June 2024, without any substantiating proof. Marshmallow proceeded to hold me liable for £4,000, resulting in the unjust depletion of my No Claims Discount (NCD). Their handling of the situation has been utterly inadequate and unprofessional. I consider their conduct to be not only unacceptable but also indicative of malpractice.

Honestly the worst insurance company I have ever been with or seen family members being with , ask for every documentation under the sun , once provided still give no reason for cancellation. And charge you £130 For the cancellation poorest customer service , on live chat.

I have been trying to contact someone from this insurance company and everything points towards the app to be able to do anything but it’s impossible as I can’t get on the app! They were happy taking my £500 but zero communication is totally unacceptable! Do not use this insurance company!

Worst customer service

It’s worst, no more than that. I have been chewing the live chat from last one week, no one is responding. I have called and mailed them about my query, no response at all. I know you will reply saying that we are handling larger number of clients, but I am not in the your queue even I am trying to contact from last one week. I want to sue them, can anyone help me.
