App stopped loading streams sometime in early September. Have not been able to get the app to work on multiple phones

It literally never ever works. I’m lucky if I can watch 2 games a season. Glad it’s offered for free with my Xfinity subscription cuz if I had to pay for it I’d just get rid of it

Crashes and doesn’t load correctly half the time. By far my least fav app for sports ever. Unfortunately I’m forced to use for my only option

The year is 2024. How can a company that specializes in broadcast not be able to produce a reliable app for streaming their content? Just terrible.

Constantly erroring out and failing to authenticate due. Avoid at all costs

To cast the game to a TV you need to keep the phone both powered on AND the screen on the MASN app. No changing apps. No minimizing things. No scrubbing or rewinding playback. Just an insanely bad design of an app.

I am signed in with my cox cable subscription to my Apple TV MASN app and both MASN and MASN 2 don’t stream anything. It’s just a black screen. I know I can stream through my COX subscription because I can stream through their website in my phones internet browser. Bugs really need to be fixed. Awful app.

It’s nearly impossible to list all the bugs within this app but the main issue is that any time you leave the app, MASN forces you to reload the session to resume the watching of live tv. This includes them cramming another in app advertisement down your throat before you can resume watching the content (which also contains commercials) that you already pay an arm and a leg for through cable. They have no incentive to improve the app experience since they have a monopoly on the content they peddle. It’s the opposite of serving the fans for the teams. They are clearly doing everything they can to enrich themselves without even remotely pretending to care about the people who are required to use this crappy app. This app is why Apple needs to allow one star reviews.
