I use this app daily!
I regularly listen to the meditations and my favorite part of the app is using the mood tracker to help me be aware of how I'm feeling throughout the day. The view they have for the month shows me how many times I've had different moods which is really cool! I also enjoy using the gratitude journal and I think it helps me to be more mindful of all the things I have to be thankful for. It doesn't always come naturally for me, but I know how important developing a positive mindset is and I enjoy using this app to help me work at that. If you like meditation, yoga, spirituality, and are looking for a tool that really combines all aspects of Mindfulness together, this is it!
