My new favorite mindfulness app
Masters of Mindfulness is an awesome app for anyone looking to improve and simplify their mindfulness practice. It's easy to use and offers so many practical tools and knowledge. My personal favorites are gratitude journaling, guided meditations and the mood tracker. It is really helping me to make mindfulness a daily habit, to feel more relaxed before sleep and to create that overall balance in my life. What a game-changer. I highly recommend it to anyone.
