Before I purchased my membership I had supposedly 20 plus likes and over 99 plus views within 5 days of posting my profile. Then as soon as I brought my one month membership, none of these likes materialized. Despite paying for a subscription, I could not view my likes nor able to message anyone whom I was interested in. In other words Match is the biggest con within the online dating industry. Save your money and don’t even post a profile. You will save yourself a lot of grief

Users are encouraged to read user experience comments online before spending any money on this useless app. Many have been scammed out of their cash. Accounts are terminated without reason or cause owing to either glitches in the software or robots running the site. Worst technical experience ever with a dating app.

I signed up for a 6 month subscription only to discover there are very few people in my area on this app (I live in a city with a population of about 3 million). About half the people viewing my profile and liking/leaving a comment are 50+ miles away from me even though I have my location preference set to 20 miles. I also have it set to a "must have" in my preferences. I set my age preference to a range of 12 years. I ran out of suggested profiles on the first day of my subscription. The profiles I get in my "highlights" section are incomplete - one or two photos with no bio and one word answered to the prompts. How can these be the best profiles??? I reached out to customer service to request a refund less than 6 hours after subscribing but am yet to hear from them.

Very disappointed and a big waste of time

I subscribed for one week just to trial this app. Not three days into my trial, my account has become mysteriously locked, and I am unable to get support. Emails to support take 24 hours minimum for a response and nobody can explain why my account has been locked. Not impressed at all.

Why do i have to pay

The app is alright , but you guys are charging way to much and taking advantage of everyone trying to find happiness . $40 cad for a week that use to be for a month , $200 for 6 months is a absolute joke . You should fix this pricing a bit maybe you would have more people join and not jump ship

I have used tinder,bumbble,hinge etc.They copied this app like a hinge but i think it’s the worst app out there and thats why there’s no free trails.amThanks jay shetty for getting me in this scam
