Overcomplicated user interface
I have never in my life encountered such an overcomplicated user hostile interface for purchasing tickets and I have been to quite a few countries. I only wanted to check train times. Maybe this is the wrong app for that!? It insisted to know my exact age although I have already selected the age range. Mind you the experience with station ticket machines was no better. It has sold me tickets to a train that has departed 1h before I have started the purchase of the tickets. I should have paid attention to the screen. The train manager wanted to make us pay a penalty for not having a valid ticket. Luckily the punisment system has failed to work as well so we did not pay a penalty. My advice: unless you use the app daily just buy the ticket from a person in the ticket office.
