Fix for ‘Failed to connect’
So we always avoided using this app because of an annoying issue with it spitting a notification at you every hour that said ‘fail to connect’. It would go off and there was nothing you could do to fix it. While on a phone with a Cogeco rep, he said he noticed our refresh rate was set for the max uc for the equivalent seconds of 60mins or so. He said we just find that really annoying and changed it to 7days! I have tested it for 3 days now and it hasn’t done it once! Hope this may help some of you by fixing this with a technician.
