Please go review your help center information and the way style talking . I must provide my Bank detail including code . And when i visit the brand you guy would like CCTV me on the cam ? Are you all right ? Now i want make a payment but your app is not allow me login. And did i killing someone or crime they way talk is make me very uncomfortable. Else talk like a human not scammer . And provide correct information or else i wont pay the bill. ( The app like gangsters or Scammer talk very rude stand for customer is safe to link my bank to your app? )

I have checked every notification in the app and even reinstalled the app, it still showing me that I have 1 Notification. What is going on????????

I’ve been using maxis ever since I got my first smartphone and let me tell you, it is very slow. I moved in to my new house a while back and my family haven’t bought the wifi yet so we all had to use our own data. In my household, I’m the only one who uses Maxis. Out of everyone in my household, I was the only one with a slow internet so I knew that it’s not the signal in the housing area. Not only that, the roaming is actually so bad. There’s this “daily high speed data limit” which INCREDIBLY gets on my nerve every time I go overseas. Even when I didn’t use my data often, it would still limits my data! After I get that message, my data would be damn slow, up to a point where my text didn’t even go through. I can’t even use maps for navigational purposes! I had to pay 69 ringgit for 7 DAYS just to get this type of service?! I know that this is only a Maxis problem because none of my friends (who doesn’t use Maxis) had this exact problem and heck, they used their phones even more than me. To sum it up, I think there’s better options out there other than Maxis. It’s just not as good as it used to be anymore.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with my internet connection, as the line has been unstable and frequently disconnects. This is now my third formal complaint regarding this matter. Additionally, I've noticed that my television struggles to connect to the 5GHz network, even when the router is nearby. I kindly request an upgrade to the system to resolve these connectivity issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
