Apparently some of the term@conditions are only available on official version. Customer services on mobile app are also non existent, it leads you to a virtual ‘person’ that are super unhelpful and monotone.

The App Store guidelines EXPLICITLY mention that developers should never use push notifications for promotional or marketing purposes. I get push notifications almost every week, and what’s worse if I launch the app, the badge number reflects the unread messages in my “inbox”. Hello? It’s not my inbox if you’re using it for spam! I expect the inbox to be service-related, urgent and high priority notifications like if my auto payment had failed for whatever reason. Please update the app to remove this garbage, or at least provide users a way to opt out of these, as should be the case when you decided to spam your users with garbage promotional messages.

Just installed the latest update and I’m no longer able to login. Please fix it. Thanks

iOS 15 released weeks ago and this App no longer working. When Maxis planning to update?

As a Maxis Business customer, the original Maxis Business app was good enough. I could easily use it to buy additional data. Now this horrible rubbish of an app is forced on us Business customers. I cannot get beyond the screen forcing me to link my account to some weird unknown Maxis business account number and IC info. Stop making things so complicated and confusing, Maxis!!! You are about to lose another customer here!!!

I switched over from Maxis Business app to this All-in-1 app and found that the daily 1GB RM0 for Business Extra account doesn’t work here. Did Maxis just shortchange its Corporate Line customers in this switchover?

you should make that we can pick witch data we use cause I want to finish of my data that has only a bit left but it uses my data pool I don’t like that and also for some reason my other data that I never use yet is draining I never used it yet please fix it tysm

DataPool screen doesn’t reflect the amount of data already used by each Shared Line.

The other features of viewing your data balance and pay bill is ok. I don’t like the notification red number when the inbox is filled with your ad that I’m not interested in. I’m thinking of deleting the app from my phone, or at least move it to the end pages. This app always have slow response to check the Maxis rewards page. Wish they still have McD promos
