Randomly decides to log you out of the app when it feels like it. So have ended up having to buy so many singles tickets over the years and pay for a journey dispite having a online pass. Prices get hiked twice a year adult pass has gone from £60 to now almost £80 yet the service is worse now than year prior. Also tickets baught through this app are NOT subject to refund, wether your busy turns up or not. Proper British shiet

After a couple weeks of use it’s started to bug out, it’s unable to load tickets without a reinstall and logs you out every other time you try and open it

The Barcode never scans, goes to apple pay all the time and always gets judged by the driver for it. Really do something about it

Poor UI. Clunky onboarding. No Apple Pay?

This app used to be great, I could buy tickets really quickly and scan them easily without problems. After the update and i try to scan the tickets ive bought, they never scan right and I have to rely on the bus drivers judgement to be let on the bus. Not an ideal situation.

need an app that will log you out when you need it most and takes a lifetime to load, leaving you stranded? look no further

The amount of time I waste with this app waiting for the bus only to end up being logged out is probably enough to learn a language

The app decided to log my daughter out, despite many attempts we cannot log back in so she can’t access her season pass to get to school. I tried logging in myself but when I request to reset password it gives me an error message (on the mobile site) and says it sent me a verification code (on the app) but nothing is sent. Please fix.

Looks prettier than the previous version but fails to deliver on its key purpose - reliablydisplaying a ticket whilst on the move. Why do I need internet to view the ticket? Why can’t I add the QR to my Apple wallet? Why do I constantly get signed out and struggle to log back in?
