Poor
Frustrating to use. Took far too long to buy a ticket. None of the data entry is pre populated, doesn’t work with Apple Pay, won’t populate tickets to apple wallet, won’t allow screenshots so if you loose your phone your stuck (without apple wallet if you screenshot your ticket you can send it to your watch or email for emergencies)… disappointing app really. Also, why doesn’t it offer real time bus and train information? Why can’t I track my bus and see if it’s delayed? Rubbish.
Please support Apple Pay
It would improve the app if it supported Apple Pay.
It would sldo be good if the tickets appeared in the Wallet app.
App is not loading
Bought my tickets and stuff to get to and from college but when i open app nothing at all is loading its stuck on that “stage 1 and stage 2” loading screen. Furthermore when app finally loads after 3-5 minutes the tickets itself doesn't load.
Simple bug to fix please sort it out.
Thank you
it’s not that good
the ticket and everything works but it randomly logged me out and when i pressed forgot password and put in my email it doesn’t send anything to my email
Wish I could give 0 stars the app is horrible
This Apple should support Apple Pay like most modern technology does but unfortunately it doesn’t and that is what is holding it back, everytime u want to buy a ticket u have to manually put in your details. A pain, the app has a really could purpose but it is ridiculous
A huge loss of money
I keep buying monthly tickets which are outrageously £40 and mcard continues to kick me out of my account making me loose my ticket and my money this is literally the third incident of this happening
Now rubbish
With the last update the app no longer saves addresses and details. So you have to enter all the info when you’re in a rush to get on a bus. Which can be difficult in the rain. Better to delete the app and pay in cash.
Absolute pain
Won’t let me login even though I use the same password and username on the website and it works fine…
Stuck in the past
Very basic and feels very home made. Not easy or appealing to use or engage with, I find it easier to buy a ticket on the bus.
Very frustrating
In the morning when I go to get a bus the app normally takes 10-20 minutes to load
