The application doesn’t load past the login page after the new update. And you’re forced to update it.

The app has been timing out since yesterday preventing login

Worst app ever !! Hardly ever works .

Anyone else having an issue with the app. I was using the app well until last week when it showed that my version of the application is no longer supported. I have updated to the latest version and it still shows the same issue.

The updated version(June 2023) is not working on my iphone. After I uninstall and install the new version, it still shows the message that the app needs to be updated.

The update app pop up keeps showing up and it’s blocking the app usage even if someone has already updated the app and is on the new version. Very bad user experience

Not working and it’s just poorly developed app.

The app is not updating

There’s an issue when on the payment options page and you need to go back to the home page, there’s no home button or back button on the mobile app. The Customer service does not respond to questions or requests in the mobile mail box. Just updated the new version and when I try to open it keeps saying that I need to update to the new version. Why doesn’t Coop hire a professional software company that will fix bugs before releasing a final product?

I updated to the new version a few days ago and now my transactions are not showing. I use this as my business account and it’s inconveniencing me. Account balance is also not reflected correctly
