We work on an interdisciplinary basis with a team of experts in the fields of nephrology, nutritional science and therapy. Our work is based on the latest scientific medical data and recommendations, including those of the German Society of Nephrology.

*How do you choose the recipes?
Your health is important to us! We invest a lot of time in incorporating the latest nutritional science into our algorithms. Based on your health information, the recipes are ultimately suggested for you. In addition to your CKD stage and the associated official nutritional recommendations from the German Society of Nephrology, the German Society of General Medicine and Family Medicine and the German Nutrition Society, among others, many other factors play a role (e.g. allergies, seasonality) and new ones are constantly being added to ensure that our suggestions are perfect for you! Something is not yet what you need? We'd love to hear your feedback, either via the app or directly at [email protected]!
*What recipes do you use?
All recipes are quick and easy to prepare. They are kidney-friendly and don't have any unusual ingredients that you can't get. If you still don't like a recipe, please let us know! We look forward to your feedback, either via the app or directly at [email protected]!
*I'm not planning and eating alone!
That's no problem at all! mealy can be shared. No matter if your family or whoever belongs to your cooking community: invite others to your fa-mealy, plan together and use a shared shopping list. You can also use family sharing to synchronise meal planning and recipes between your iPhone and iPad, for example.
*But I can't eat everything!
You don't like fish or meat or someone in your family doesn't tolerate lactose, eggs, gluten, nuts, soya or sesame? No problem, we support your needs and are constantly working to expand our list.
