The trail version doesn’t let us test the solution at first, now I have taken subscription ans scanned places for a project, guess what the 3d export doesn’t work. Feeling disguested to even spending on a app I couldn’t test the functionality

Hey so I had a free trial going on for about 2 days and as the third day was about to arrive to put an end to trial I cancelled it before it could,the next day they charged me for it and I was absolutely devastated by it I was asking myself why would they still charge me for something that I have already cancelled?it didn’t make sense,can yall tell me a way I can get my money back?cause I need it back!Please reach out to me!🙏
