Easy and simple

I thought I had a unique idea to create a measuring app and upon research stumbled across this app that a like minded person had already created. I use this all the time for my home projects and think it’s brilliant.

Subscription

I had the shock of my life this morning when I checked my phone to see £39.99 had been billed from my account. I checked my settings and it was this app! Nowhere had I agreed to pay this sum of money, seems like a trick or hidden cost. Usually you have to confirm payments the way you would use contactless so why didn’t this happen for me? I feel scammed.

Measuring tape

Attempted to try on the free trial but was automatically put onto a year subscription and apple refuse to cancel this despite me having immediately requested it. I would not have kept the app had I been able to trial it as I find it completely useless and difficult to use All in all a rubbish app and felt like a dishonest sale

Please can you cancel my subscription as I’ve downloaded it by error and don’t want to be charged I’ve had an app for less than a day

Pop ups everywhere, hard to use, forces you to pay for trials etc
