This app has changed my life. I’ve been able to observe my thoughts and let them pass more easily thanks to the sessions. My only complaint is that the background sounds stop playing after a while. Apart from that, it’s perfect

Hands down the best app to learn meditation for free. The beginners course is very approachable, and really helped me build a meditation habit. There are also sleep sounds and specific packs for topics like Work, Academics, Gratitude, Pain Management, and so much more. Highly recommend

I’ve never meditated before and this app just make me want to meditate every day. Everything’s free so lesser worries there! I love the dark interface, it’s calming and I absolutely love that they have different sets of guided meditations for different situations you’re in (eg: anxiety, anger, low mood).

Its a good meditation app with more than enough resources for everyone. Its philosophy of making everything free is just so AMAZING. Would definirely recommend this over any other meditation app.

This app is great, especially if you're into guided meditation but is annoyed by many others that try to push a social aspect to meditation. If I were to find a flaw, the only one is that I'd love to be able to pin items to the top so I can access frequently.
