Changed my life
I have never written a review in my life, but here we go! I have been using the app for around 3y, started using during an extremely tough period in my life. Medito has been a friend, life saver during those tough times, forever indebted to the creators of this wonderful app
Life changing app
I look forward to open this app and start meditating every single day! The daily quote, the different sessions you can choose, the meditative insights, etc. Every single part of this app is so great. You can even download the sessions into your phone for when you are travelling. It really is the app you need to download if you want to improve your life! A huge thank you to all the volunteers that make this app possible. Sending a lot of happiness and love your way!

This is the first time ive ever willingly written a review for an app. It has genuinely changed my life, i have been riddled with insecurities, social anxiety, and general anxiety. Some night, i couldnt go to sleep nevause of how bad it got. But ive been meditating using this app for some time now, and I’ve accumulated almost 4hrs of total time, amd i genuinely feel a huge difference between myself then and now. Im able to talk without any thoughts im able to freely express myself wothout a cloud in my head. I have been able to do so much without disappointing myself. Thank you, medito for turning every jeffery to an adonis!
