Simple application
Everything looks good but app does not support fuzzy search while searching for a person in FT or Raast. This only happens in iPhone. Not Android.
Not working properly
It was working fine but since last week it’s just hanging again and again
UI user interface is of stone age era
Your user interface is terrible although service is great but you should learn and change the user interface to something like sadapay. make the UI look good and bright not dull and monotonous with depression in it.
Error while taking a picture of fingerprints
The app is great and I’ve been using it on android since a while but I switched to iOS and I can’t seem to login without getting my fingerprints scanned and whenever I try to scan them the app crashes before finishing the scan and it’s really frustrating so please fix this asap
Not able to login
This app has become useless for me and I am sure for many others. When I feed my credentials to login, it now asks to provide fingerprints and uses cell phone’s camera to scan fingerprints. Once it does this, the message appears that this service in not available in your region and advises to call the helpline. FULL STOP to mobile banking. Funny and frustrating at the same time.
Useless app
Finger prints for elderly seniors don’t work exempted by STATE BANK OF PAKISTAN TRIED SEVERAL TIME USED TO WORK WITH FACE ID IPHONE XR AND IPHONE 14 PROMAX YOUR BANK DOESNOT ALLOW THIS ANY MORE I NOW USE STANDARD CHARTERED FOR ON LINE PAYMENT CALLED HELPLINE SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO HELP UNABLE TO REMOVE BUGS TERRIBLE APP VERY DISSAPPOINTING APP
Biometric Bug
The biometric bug is still there in the iOS app. As soon as you enter login details and biometric a warning pops up stating the service isn’t available at this location.
Hand Biometrics
It was a good app until they implemented hand biometrics. Now it does not work. It has become very painful to use. I wish they had settings in profile to turn hand biometrics on or off like other global banks. The app gives error after hand biometrics “this service is currently unavailable at this location” so why it asks for it?
